Booked 2 rooms for 4 and was picked up by a friendly driver at kawaguchiko station. The room was sufficient for two but with big luggages could make it a little bit squeezy. Had a public onsen equipped with many amenities to make one feel fresh. Breakfast buffet was good with a decent variety for food. They also sell dinner buffet which is definitely worth a try. Location was it is right next to lake kawaguchiko with a nice view of Fuji (if it's visible). However to travel to other attractions like fujiq and oshino hakkai is a fair distance, but they offer a morning shuttle service to the station and a evening shuttle service back to the hotel which is very much appreciated

Good location, walkable distance to view the mountain Fuji with lake Kawaguchi. Great view from room too, although just half mountain. Hotel come to station to pick us up to hotel at 7pm after we wifi call to customer service via Trip app, great feature.

Convenient location as bus stop is just right in front of hotel. Breakfast is great with variety of selection and view of Mt. Fuji. Room is spacious and clean.

I love this, if you stay lake view. You will be surprise by your window of the room.

Hotel provide free shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko station. Also have private onsen with a fee. Good location and breakfast. Overall very satisfied.

This might be a great hotel for travelers without car as they provide shuttle service. I faced some missed communication about crab dining which need a day booking in advance and staff just deny to provide any help on this. However, got help from trip.com instead which is acceptable

I arrived at Kawaguchiko Station in the afternoon and decided to leave my luggage at a locker near the station before visiting Oshino Hakkai. I returned to the station around 5 PM to retrieve my luggage and called the hotel to inquire about their FREE Shuttle Bus service. Luckily, I caught the shuttle bus back to the hotel in time. The driver was very polite and helpful, assisting me with my luggage both ways. The hotel had a nice and standard atmosphere, both inside and out. The staff at the lobby were friendly and spoke excellent English. They were able to provide me with all the information needed. My room was a 20 square meter Lake View Room with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. It had two single beds, a desk and chairs The entrance had a large mirror and the storage space. Unfortunately, the remaining space in the room was too small to fully open my 28-inch suitcase. Luckily, I was alone, so I used the second bed to store my belongings. The bathroom was small but well-equipped with a shower, bathtub, and an automatic toilet. The onsen was located on the 6th floor and was divided into male and female sections. It was clean and spacious. However, around 8-10 PM, it got quite crowded. If you're not accustomed to this culture, you might want to visit during the morning. (Operated Time : 3PM-2AM & 5-10 AM) The hotel restaurant offered a variety of dishes. I checked the menu and decided to purchase a dinner coupon at the lobby. The dinner buffet was served from 6-9 PM. Breakfast (7-9AM) was included in my package and was slightly different from dinner. Overall, the food was decent but not exceptional. I recommend arriving early for dinner to avoid the crowds. Key Points: - The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service every 30 minutes between the hotel and Kawaguchiko Station. - There are no convenience stores near the hotel. The hotel's convenience store has limited options. - There is only one restaurant near the hotel, and it's only open for lunch. If you don't have a car, your dining options are limited to the hotel's buffet or instant ramen (from hotel's convenient store at Lobby 1st floor).

Another nice hotel we stayed in is here Hotel Route Inn. Everything was great. View frm our room is magnificient. And the best thing is they have a private onsen that u can use with a fee. And very affirdable too!! Every staff is so helpful and polite. 🥰

We booked non-smoking room, but got smoking room. So bad and smelly.

Perfect location for Mt. Fuji visit along the lake side. My room is small due to late booking, however, a perfect rate for staying in hotel in such location. Though I couldn't enjoy the Mt. Fuji view from room, but I can enjoy the Mt. Fuji view while I having my breakfast in restaurant or just walk out the hotel. Hotel hot spring also with reasonable size. A high value stay this visit.
