Awesome view of Mount Fuji, great for family with kids. The hotel also offer pickup from Kawaguchiko station. Location is walkable to nearby restaurant and convenience store.

Highly recommended stay for your travel to Mt Fuji. The place look better than pictures with perfect fuji mountain view. Extremely helpful staff who drove us to supermarket at night. Offer pick up and drop off service at any requested time. Offer bicycle and electric bike rental service at low price. Only 6 mins walk from the lake side where you can enjoy the sunrise with few tourists. Regretted for not staying longer.

The boss is very friendly and can communicate in English, helping tourists who don't speak Japanese to solve communication problems. When we arrived at Kawaguchiko Station that day, we were scared by the crowds of people. Fortunately, the boss picked us up personally and drove us to Ogino to buy dinner and breakfast, solving our breakfast problem. Our group of four lived in a duplex apartment on the second floor. The space was very large, the sanitary conditions were excellent, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We only had to buy the ingredients, and the owner would prepare all the other seasonings for us. The tableware was also very good, and there was a coffee machine (with coffee powder), oven, microwave, induction cooker, etc., so that guests could cook their own meals. The B&B is right on the north shore of Lake Kawaguchi, and is the best spot to enjoy the view of Mount Fuji. Although it is not in the first row of lake views, it only takes 5-10 minutes to get to the lake, which is very convenient. I think the CP value is very high. You can see a corner of Mount Fuji from the kitchen. Although it is not the whole picture, you can take pictures of the beautiful Mount Fuji as long as you walk to the door of the B&B. It is a great B&B. If there is one flaw, it is that the bedroom is on the second floor, which makes it difficult to carry luggage and access luggage. There are four of us living there, but we all have single beds, so I think it's not bad. The facilities downstairs are also convenient and comfortable. The most important thing is that the four of us cook, eat and chat in the large living room and kitchen, and the years are peaceful.

Free shuttle service to Kawaguchiko Station and nearby supermarkets is also provided. The only drawback is that the nearest convenience store is a little far away, about 15 minutes walk, and there is no floor heating on the second floor. The temperature has dropped sharply in the past few days, and it snowed. The room is not particularly warm, but it is not cold either. A set of ordinary pajamas is enough.

First of all, let's talk about the location of the B&B. The B&B is on the north bank of Lake Kawaguchi, near the No. 16 bus stop on the red line. The B&B has free pick-up and drop-off services at Kawaguchiko Station, which is really good. The B&B is about 5-6 minutes' walk from the Kawaguchiko Lake to enjoy Mount Fuji. There are relatively few shops and restaurants around, so the B&B owner took us to OGINO supermarket to purchase ingredients and some personal supplies we need (such as biscuits, snacks, and drinks) as soon as we picked us up. In addition, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearby Family Mart and 7-11. Check-in The handsome guy at the front desk has no problem communicating in English. The front desk will carefully introduce how to use the equipment or switches in the room. Check out before 10:00 am the next day. The environment is okay. There is no problem staying for two nights. There is floor heating and heating air conditioning. The only thing that needs to be improved is that we are not used to the quilt and blanket without a quilt cover. There is only a layer of white cloth for isolation. The white cloth is easy to move. Later, the white cloth disappeared, which means that there is no isolation. It would be better if there is a quilt cover. Since we were staying for two nights, we had to wash some thin clothes by hand without a washing machine, so it would be perfect if there was a washing machine! That's it. Before sending us to Kawaguchiko Station, the hostess took a family photo of Mount Fuji for us at the entrance of the hostel. I really appreciate it.

As mentioned in other reviews, the owner is warm and thoughtful. Since the house is not in the first row, you can't see much scenery. Fortunately, this villa is very close to the Kawaguchiko Scenic Area, and it takes only ten minutes to walk there. We also have the owner to pick us up and drop us off at the station. The service attitude is nothing to say, especially the owner's fluent English, which is convenient for communication. There is air conditioning and floor heating at the entrance of the first floor, and the air conditioning on the second floor is also sufficient. Then the owner introduced everything in the villa very carefully, and I like this feeling. There are four single beds on the second floor, and there is a sofa that can be turned into a bed on the first floor, so 6 people can live. The wonderful thing is that we came here to take pictures of Mount Fuji and the spark conference. The weather was good on the day we arrived. The next morning, we found that there was already a thick snow outside. The experience was wonderful. Since we only stayed for one night, we didn't have a deep experience, and we didn't go to the supermarket to buy ingredients for cooking. Dinner was freshly cooked udon noodles on a small food truck nearby, which tasted pretty good. Finally, I would like to mention the bathtub on the second floor, which is very comfortable, and there are changing lights to add to the fun. In general, I am very satisfied. I didn't take any photos of the interior. The last photo of the fireworks at Lake Kawaguchi was really amazing. The fireworks lasted for 20 minutes without stopping, and they were set off at three locations at the same time. It is a good villa worth recommending.

You can see Mount Fuji from the balcony, and it only takes 6-7 minutes to walk to the lake. I stayed in Kawaguchiko because of the fireworks festival, but it’s nothing, not as good as Disney. Relatively speaking, Mount Fuji in the morning is more worthwhile. It is recommended to arrive at the lake 20 minutes before sunrise. It is the reddest at sunrise. Some people say that the red Mount Fuji in Kawaguchiko is only half, not as good as Yamanakako, but I think it’s completely okay, it’s so beautiful that people can’t take their eyes off. 4. The supermarket is a little far away, but it can be reached on foot. Family Mart is about 15 minutes away, and 7-11 and Lawson are farther away. 5. The B&B can rent bicycles, 400 yen per hour, 1000 yen for four hours. 6. We chartered a car on the first day and set off for Yamanakako at 7 am. We visited Shiratorihama, Nagaike Water Park and Hiranohama in turn, and then went to Makaino Ranch, which has barbecue (about 700 per plate of meat) and Western fast food, which is more suitable for families with children. Finally, we went to Sengen Park. There was a little traffic jam here, but it was really low and the scenery was good. It took 11 hours to use the car, and an additional 200 yuan was added because it exceeded the area. On the second day, I borrowed a bicycle from the hotel and went to Oishi Park. The scenery along the way was beautiful, and then I went to see the monkey show and the Music Forest Museum opposite the Family Mart (it was very small, it should be good for taking pictures, but I had been taking pictures all day and I was already aesthetically fatigued) 7. The bus back was not booked in advance, and when I arrived at the station, I saw a screen full of red crosses. With the help of the staff, I bought a train ticket and wandered back to Tokyo for three hours (there was still a 2-hour train, but only standing tickets were available. I bought a train to Shinjuku, but after changing trains, I found that this train could go to Tokyo Station, so I took it to Tokyo Station and paid for the ticket).

Good location, can walk to the Fuji viewpoint at the lake. The room is spacious, but the bedding is not very comfortable. The blanket is fluffy, may not be suitable for people with allergies. The owner is attentive and gives good advice.
