It was just one night, but it did not live up to expectations. Excellent breakfast and very good service. Very friendly and helpful staff and manager.
The only problem is that at check-in (around 15:00), I promised to put a bathtub and a baby cot in the room for my 2.5-year-old son, and when returning at night, the items will not be in the room inside.
We couldn't wait to solve the problem, because we wanted to enjoy an Italian night in the restaurant, so my son finally took a bath with the help of his parents.
When I came back from dinner, I complained at the reception, saying that they either put the crib at that moment or let the child sleep in the bed. Although the waiter argued that it was difficult to get the crib at the time (around 11:30 in the evening), they rang the bell in my room about half an hour later and handed me a crib.
The elevator is very old, and each floor is open for a short time. Similarly, for a while I stopped on the first floor under the floor, which tripped me. The front desk clerk said that this happens sometimes and is enough to take the elevator to the top floor and return it to the ground floor where it can be adjusted, thus minimizing and minimizing the problem.
The atmosphere of the hotel is familiar. The swimming pool is beautiful, but there is no time to enjoy it.


The breakfast was superb, very Italian. Hotel location is very good, the intersection, to the shopping mall (the photo taken on the balcony, the big tree on the left blocked, that is the intersection) walking distance (7, 8 minutes). The service is very good, there are ATM, travel agency services in the lobby...

The breakfast is good and there is a variety of cheeses. A hotel with a strong sense of year. There are many scenic spots of Italy around. The pool and gym are free, but I didn't have time to enjoy it during the short stay.
