The room is old and small. Oh 😑 I can't say anything good about it... I won't stay here next time. Which water park only changes water every few days... There is horse feces and dog feces on the road inside the hotel... Service: It seems that the attitude is not suitable for Oriental people to go there... Environment: It's really average, but it's really below standard to say that it's 5 stars Hygiene: It's OK, but the room is too small Facilities: Old and just renovated

At the reception I didn't hear the welcome from the employee in Hawaiian attire who took possession of my luggage. Since I didn't have a badge, it took me a few seconds to understand. Everything else was excellent, above many international services. Congratulations!

Great environment, safe for children. With the availability of the water park there is no boredom. It is worth it.
