We didn't go to breakfast, because it is far from the service center, it is in another area of the villa area, it is very suitable for family travel, there are four bedrooms, each bedroom has a large space, the kitchen is open, There is a kettle refrigerator washing machine (our room washing machine is broken, not repaired in time) has its own parking garage... more pleasant accommodation experience

CK in desk was best I have ever experienced and I have been traveling all my life, now age 66. I chose to always eat fabulous roast beef sandwiches from the Deli on basement floor! The hotel is all about service. People were there from all over the world. I have a service dog and they were VERY accommodating, unlike last TRIP Hotel i stay at that illegally charged me $200, so I simply left at 10 p.m. for their telling me this after I moved in. It is illegal to forced payment of a Service Dog. Thank you OMNI for knowing this!

Hot tub was cold when we arrived and it took 2 days to fix it, it's very disappointed because it is main thing in this resort. Hot tubs near pool was cold as well, it's make me think that it is normal for this resort. Furniture in townhouse was old and shabby. This resort required some repairs and renovation. Bathroom also require some repairs. Maybe not related to resort but I was sadly surprised by 40% bigger fee than that was metion in trip.com. From good things I can say that it has good internet connection, good location, beautiful territory, nice pools.

The environment is good, the room is very clean and overall is very satisfactory.
