Communications in English was extremely challenging at times. However, with assistance with train tickets, Transport, on our final day from 'Superman' known as Thomas Timothy, he arranged for our lunch, transport to station and on time to catch our train to Hong Kong and then have some gifts delivered all made possible with the exceptional and outstanding assistance of Thomas. It's amazing how individuals can make such a difference to guest's stay experience. A shout out to new employee in the lobby; Season, who went out of his way to assist with transport on our first morning. The room was amazing, with a super modern bathroom and motorised screen and blinds at the huge window. A comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep both nights. We would definitely stay there again.

This time I booked the hotel to watch the Phoenix Legend concert. After arriving at the port, I parked and confirmed the reservation information before I could check in. This ensured our parking space, which was great! The room was spacious and the environment outside the window was open, which made people feel relaxed. The hotel was also very convenient. The concert venue was just across the street. After the concert, the nearby restaurants were also great! We had a New Year's dinner at the Japanese restaurant next door and watched the fireworks by the way. It was a big surprise! It brought me more joy for the New Year!

Close to the stadium, the hotel is in a prime location, convenient for travel, and there are also abundant shopping and dining options nearby. Mainly, there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is quite convenient. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and there is also a swimming pool. Special praise for Xiao Ning at the front desk, the service is very good, and I will choose this hotel next time.

The room is new and clean, with a reasonable layout. Xiaoai is smart and can meet all the requirements for booking. The service is also in place and parking is convenient. We have stayed in this hotel a few times already as this is near to our relatives' village. Room & bathroom are very spacious and clean but bathroom is a bit rundown. There will be a new train station opening early next year at walking distance which is a PLUS+ . Lots of restaurants and shops around the area. The front office staff is just doing a routine work, nothing more & nothing less. Food in chinese restaurant is excellent with reasonable price.

I booked a room for my parents, and the service was absolutely amazing. The front desk lady, seeing we had a lot of luggage, thoughtfully arranged a room near the elevator. Breakfast was a highlight! A fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine, featuring local noodles, so delicious I had two bowls! When checking out, the front desk staff even asked if we needed mineral water. Such a thoughtful touch! I'll definitely stay here again next time!!!
