The hygiene is impeccable, the rooms are clean and tidy, as are the public areas, and they pay attention to environmental protection. The service was first class, the front desk staff Kiki was warm and friendly, the front desk was professional and efficient, the housekeeping was thoughtful and provided useful suggestions. There are plenty of facilities, the restaurant has delicious food with a wide variety of options, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and ample parking. The hotel is new, near the Beijiao Metro station, convenient to access, we took the Metro from Baiyun International airport to Guangzhou South Station and changed to Beijiao station,. The Metro stations are so clean and well organized. Front desk service was excellent, they upgraded us to a bigger room with a king size bed. A decent breakfast covered Chinese and Western food. Many Restaurants and a shopping mall surrounded the hotel. Can consider this hotel if you are going to Shunde or Daliang.

Am so sorry that I have forgotten her name , and when tried to capture her name by camera, it did not show well . This store really has 5-star reviews. It's definitely not like other stores that have 5-star reviews. When we checked in on the first night, we were served plum juice right after we arrived. Maybe because of the system upgrade, the lady was a few minutes slower in operation. She kept saying sorry and asked us if we wanted coffee. I felt that she was well trained and polite. When we opened the door, we found that there was a smell of smoke. The lady tried very hard to help us find a room without the smell of smoke. It is worth mentioning that the rooms on the first floor were all closed on the first night. On the second night, we found that many unoccupied rooms were open. Obviously, they heard the voices of the guests and dispersed the smell of smoke. I hope it can continue to be maintained. Those who don't like the smell of smoke can also book with confidence! On the second night, we called the front desk because we needed hangers and tissues, and they responded to our requests. It is really a store with super cost-effectiveness. I feel that it is operating with care. The only possibility is that the subway station is a little far away, but it is very cheap to take a taxi in Shunde, so this shortcoming can be ignored.

Hotel is very clean, well-maintained, well-positioned next to plenty of eateries. There are also massage places nearby. Only issue I had is with housekeeping. It is not possible to refuse housekeeping. Even if you are in the room and have the “do not disturb” sign on, housekeeping will insist on coming in. Those who value their privacy might find this annoying.

Very clean and the room was exactly as advertised. Breakfast and buffet dinner had both a decent selection of food corresponding with the price. The staff was nice. The area itself doesn't offer much entertainment but it's not too far from more lively places. The service wasn't 5* tho(no bartender in the lobby bar, food at the buffets either took ages to be refilled or it wasn't refilled at all unless you asked for it). Overall not bad, a decent place to stay.
