This hotel located in Shunde City. This is a classic Sheraton Hotel.

Nice but nothing much around the location for us particularly. Overall big room and spacious. Nice staff and friendly.

Nice hotel

The hotel is fantastic with excellent view. However, it is a bit far from local aminities. Have to use car transports to reach local aminities. The television is a bit old and small.

the front desk staffs are very helpful. breakfast have many nice and good food, the restaurant service staffs are very efficient.

the location is convenient, the environment near by is pretty. The room is clean and tidy.

Bottom line: This hotel is alright. Not terrible, but not the best, a decent 7/10. Cleanliness: it clean and decently kept. Nooks and crannies were dusty but the room itself was clean. Location: if you're looking for something close to things, this really isn't a place to stay since it's pretty far from most locations. However, for us it was nice and quiet without a lot of noise or traffic. Service: The service was good, everything we needed or wanted was dealt with and the staff was nice. Shout out to Jesse Zhou for helping us check in and answering our questions, she was great. Only reason that I took off a point is because when we ordered room service the person that brought the food didn't remove the plastic wrap from the food and we had to do that ourselves. Amenities: Honestly, this was a bit lacking. All of the dining options were a bit pricey given the hotel's cost. The room service breakfast was just ok, which was disappointing because of the cost. Bed: pretty comfortable, just felt a bit old. Other notes: The water's default setting was hot, this didn't take points away, it's just something to note. Something I really didn't like was that every light switch was a blue light touch panel that shined in the dark. Also, the thermostat was the same thing but with two extra red and green bright lights. We ended up covering these with pillows and a bag because they were do bright.
