On arrival the receptionist seemed unwelcoming towards me, no smile or hello seemed annoyed that I wanted to check in and she would need to use a translator to speak to me. I asked for prices and she kinda gave me a disgusted look so I said I’ll book online and she seemed to prefer that. Eventually checked in arrived to my room it was comfortable but on closer inspection the there were stains all over the seating area and little sofa , it was covered with strips of ripped up towels to hide them so avoided sitting on them and stayed to the bed which was comfortable and clean. It’s a nice hotel I wouldn’t recommend it for a family but good for couples wanting to use it for romantic purposes. It has a separate spa that seemed popular , I’ve added a price list here

Everything was satisfactory. It was my first time to come to the spa. I wanted to bring my children to sleep more comfortably, so I booked another room to rest. The environment was good. It's clean and new, and the service is good. The room is comfortable. It was also quiet, the mattress was comfortable, and I had a great sleep!

There are many rooms, the space design is very good, there is a desk, a small refrigerator and a big bathtub🛁

The front desk lady was very warm and considerate. The hotel elevator also requires a room card to go to the corresponding floor, which is very safe.

This is my third stay. I always go to this hotel when I go to Foshan. It is quiet.

The environment is upscale and elegant, and the breakfast is rich. There were many tourists when I went there, probably for the spa facilities. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and the hotel is in a quiet location.

The stay was average. The facilities were a bit old. I thought the water in the room was free, but it turned out to be charged.

It was very convenient to watch the drg game. It was just next door and a few minutes' walk away. The hotel room was clean and tidy.

I come here every year during the holidays and find that the current service is not as good as before. There is also a water problem in the hotel. The water in the bathtub is yellow with a little sediment. The same situation happened last time I came back.

The phone in the room did not have clear instructions on how to call other rooms. We called the front desk to ask. The staff member Xiong Du was indifferent, not bad, but not professional enough.
