Foshan Hotels with Gym

Though this property is old, they have made an effort to upgrade the rooms and provide a comfortable and welcoming experience. I had some issues a few years back with this property and had to check out ahead of time but there is a distinct improvement in staff training, room presentation and cleanliness and the buffet is now impressive. They do cater for a lot of HK tour groups and conference groups which means it is very busy at meal times, but the food offered at the restaurant now is quite good and there’s a large variety to choose from. Check in and service from the Front desk staff has improved and everyone was super helpful and welcoming this time. Earlier visits a year after covid wasn’t so easy and it was obvious that staff were not used to dealing with foreigners- but this seems to have been addressed and staff were professional, efficient and very helpful when needed. location is amazing, city center and near alot of malls and they are very ons about sustainability. however, there are a few things we can improve to make the experience better. 1. staff standing at the door was not proactive helping with the luggage despite making eye contact and seeing us carrying many baggages on hand. 2. shower room was almost clear ? i could totally see people showering (very translucent) very inconvenient for non-couples staying together. 3. despite asking for a non-smoking room and level, we could still smell cigarettes in the bathroom. 4. it could be better if they install a small platform in the shower room to put our own facial cleansing foam etc

I went there for the second time because of the good experience I had the first time months ago. This time the parking lot was full, it took me 20 minutes to get a parking space, later there was a long line for a bus excursion visitors, they do not have another representative for regular travelers, which was annoying and disappointing. Later they assigned me a family room, far from my expectations, with toys and camping tend in the room. After my complaint, they changed the room far, far away, just in the corner of the hotel with terrible view and not good moon of the employee. The room looks old and smell to humidity as well that you can see some scratches in the wall and furniture. It was dissapointed experience, they do not have a constant level of service, next time I will look for another option in the area.

Very good service and nearby MTR station. We will visit again. There is shuttle bus from the hotel and Hong Kong.

1. Rooms are new and clean, however there is a strong musky smell especially in bedroom that the hotel needs to get rid off before guests check in. The musky smell lingers. Pillows also need to be aired. 2. Good daily service altho it’s a serviced apartment 3. Poor section of coffee and tea in the room 4. Nespresso machine provided, but they only give complimentary two capsules for the entire stay 5. In-room Wifi is choppy

Great services from frontdesk to room service. Food lunch buffet is excellent. It also closes to the night bazaar and big shopping mall.

Very nice hotel, clean .. new furniture, and walking distance to the furniture malls, arabic restaurant. I would stay here again. The reception staff Xia xia was very helpful, smile all the time.

Amazing experience. During my stay I came down with a fever (not hotels fault) and the hotel staff were absolutely amazing and even took me to the hospital and stayed with me to make sure I see the right doctor and get medicine. Best hotel experience I have ever had. I had a good rest in the hotel and recovered fast. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is right in the furniture market, there are few Halal food restaurants nearby. Price is reasonable and service was good.
