But the hotel equipment is very old and uncomfortable, the lighting is dim, and the kettle is stained and cannot be replaced.

The hotel is very good. Next time, I won't order it again. The window is broken and the quilt is not clean. Half of the bath, the hot water is turned off. What about the washing machine? Overall the hotel is great👍 give you a thumbs up

They were so accommodating and amenable to additional requests. The reception is on call 24/7. The receptionist was so nice. The room was really nice and the view was beyond expectation. You can see the story bridge and south bank.

Toilet seat plastic coming up around edges, rooming never cleaned even though I stayed for 5 nights. Limited information available in the rooms. Stayed there around ten years ago and don't think they have done any Maintenace since

The hotel room that we booked was the 'best in the building' according to staff. $395 per night. Room was dirty, dated and disappointing. Location was great if you are heading to the Valley. Easy walk. View of the bridge was great. Stains on the furniture and generally unclean. Disappointing.
