We had a pleasant stay at Kooii Apartments. The apartment is spacious and good for us, a family of four. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall, we were satisfied with amenities and facilities provided by Kooii. If we didn’t find a cockroach in the living room, we would definitely rate Kooii Apartments higher in cleanliness.
We really want to thank Scott, the Building Manager, for helping us when we had trouble. We had left our car key in the apartment after we checked out and dropped the room keys and swipe cards into the express box at 7:30 a.m. Unfortunately, we had to return the car and catch our flight. We called Scott for help. He was really helpful, patient and friendly.

Spacious apartment. Clean. Fairly well equipped. My only criticism would be for the money you pay would be nice to have some real milk other than those tiny uht containers. Towels could have been a bit more plush. Bed was super comfy. Had ceiling fans as well as air con which was a bonus. Two bedroom apartment one room had an ensuite and the other bathroom was right next to bedroom. walking distance to supermarket and cafes. Hotel right across the road . All in all a pleasant stay. Would stay again.
