My room was v quiet and comfortable Others in party didn't agree It was great for 1 night but no longer Looks like it's up for sale No-one in restaurant or reception in morning

I stayed at the Brambletye hotel with work. I arrived and you need a tractor to get in the car park as the potholes are that deep.  I waited at reception for someone to check me in. In the end I asked if anyone worked there.  I stayed in room 12. It was filthy. 2 televisions in the room but not one remote control. (They did find one after I went down stairs). Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.  The last night there was a band on in the pub and it was so load the room was bouncing and it was on all night until gone midnight.  I do not recommend this hotel. ( how do hotels get a rating).  My

I have stayed here a couple of times because of the cost, the last time 3 different rooms until I settled, the rooms are often filthy, if you look over the surface, I.e behind furniture, my last stay no hot water and nothing done, most of the bathrooms I have seen have mould, thought I would give them a chance never again, the place is faulty towers at best, a health hazard at worse and you can't get any money back or complain through Trip

Terrible value for money. £70 for thread bare carpets, mould around bath, stained bed base, laundry stacked in the corridors, lights that turned on and off, intermittently. Kitchen closed so no breakfast, which wasn’t mentioned prior to booking. Maybe worth £35 per night, definitely not £70

Staff we incredibly helpful and the location is perfect with a bus stop right outside. Would highly recommend
