We stayed for three nights and here's our experience for your reference.
Disadvantages:
1. When checking in, although there was a POS machine at the reception, they insisted that we pay the city tax in cash instead of using a bank card. This is the only hotel among all the European hotels I've stayed at that has such a requirement. However, we eventually paid with a bank card when checking out.
2. The room facilities are very basic. The bed next to the window felt drafty and very cold, and the air conditioner made a lot of noise.
3. There was a foul smell when we entered the room, and the sound insulation was very poor. It was very noisy in the morning when someone was cleaning the corridor.
4. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was very weak.
Advantages:
1. Breakfast is provided.
2. Room service is great.
3. The staff have a good attitude.

Ok and not bad, reasonable price
Here is a 1000 word hotel review:
Title: Luxurious Oasis in the Heart of the City
Located in the bustling downtown of a major metropolitan area, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is an urban oasis of sophisticated elegance and modern comforts. From the moment I stepped through the grand revolving doors, I was struck by the hotel's timeless grandeur and impeccable attention to detail.
The lobby is a masterpiece of marble floors, sparkling chandeliers, and plush seating areas that exude an air of refined opulence. The staff greeted me warmly and efficiently checked me in, offering a refreshing glass of chilled lemonade as I completed the formalities. I was then escorted to my room, my anticipation building with each step.
Upon entering the room, I was immediately impressed by the sheer size and luxurious furnishings. The king-sized bed, adorned with crisp linens and plush pillows, beckoned me to sink into its comfort. The sitting area featured a cozy armchair and ottoman, perfect for curling up with a book or simply enjoying the city view through the large windows. The bathroom was nothing short of breathtaking, with gleaming marble surfaces, a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with multiple showerheads.
Thoughtful amenities, such as plush robes, slippers, and high-end toiletries, added to the overall sense of indulgence. The room also featured a well-stocked minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, and a large flat-screen TV with a vast selection of channels. However, it was the attention to detail that truly set this room apart - the perfectly placed artwork, the elegant lamps, and the seamless integration of technology with the classic decor.
As the sun began to set, I decided to explore the hotel's dining options. The Michelin-starred restaurant, helmed by a renowned chef, did not disappoint. The menu was a symphony of innovative flavors and exquisite presentation, each course a true delight for the senses. The sommelier's wine pairing recommendations elevated the dining experience, and the impeccable service from the attentive staff ensured that every moment was perfection.
After dinner, I ventured to the hotel's luxurious spa, where I indulged in a deep tissue massage. The serene and tranquil atmosphere of the spa, combined with the skilled touch of the massage therapist, left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I then spent some time exploring the hotel's other amenities, including the state-of-the-art fitness center and the stunning indoor pool, complete with a retractable roof that allowed for year-round swimming.
Throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the Ritz-Carlton's commitment to excellence. The staff, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was arranging a private car to take me to my meeting or providing a recommendation for a local must-see attraction, the service was impeccable.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's central location, which allowed me to easily explore the vibrant city. Within a short walk, I discovered charming cafes, high-end boutiques, and bustling cultural landmarks. The Ritz-Carlton's concierge team was an invaluable resource, providing insider tips and arranging reservations to ensure I made the most of my time.
As my stay drew to a close, I found it difficult to leave the plush comfort and refined elegance of the Ritz-Carlton. This hotel truly is a world-class destination, offering an unparalleled blend of luxury, service, and attention to detail. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is an exceptional choice that will leave a lasting impression. I can't wait to return for my next visit.

The only issue I had with this hotel would be the location, it is pretty far away from everything, if you want something more convenient, you should stay somewhere near the train station / shopping district.

A very good hotel, located in Piazza della Signoria of the Annunciation. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and there are several good Chinese restaurants next to it. The hotel facilities are also good, the decoration is traditional and unique, and the service staff are also very good.

I didn't think about commenting, so I didn't shoot.
The hotels in Florence are really expensive. I chose this one which is expensive for me, but at least the reviews are not bad. The hotel is on the 4th floor. I can't remember how long I was afraid. There is no elevator. The downstairs floor is being renovated. I almost didn't dare to go upstairs. After going up, I found that it was small, but quite warm, the layout was very tasteful, and the bedding was OK. After check-in, a WI-FI and door lock password paper will be given. The password on the paper can open the door on the 4th floor. The same password will come back late at night, and you can also open the door on the downstairs floor.
Wake up for breakfast in the morning is a type I rarely satisfied with in Italy. There are not many types of things, but they are all exquisite and of good quality. Most Italian bread is cold and hard. A handsome guy in the store is doing it. It is hot. I actually ate two.
In addition to expensive, and no elevator, it is very good 😁

The staff were super nice, and helpful. And the view from the rooftop was also nice!
The room was just a little bit bothersome since it was next to the boiler.

Hotel 10 minutes from Brunelleschi's Duomo and 7 minutes from the Office of the Academy (David by Michael Angelo). Pretty entrance, like a Palazzo, on one side a bar, on the other the dining room for the morning buffet breakfast. The hotel has a small elevator to serve the floors.
I had a room on the first floor with a queen size bed, spacious, TV, fridge, tea and coffee maker in an outdated but clean decoration. On the other hand, there are mosquitoes, so the room is equipped with a Mosquito Raid kit. I had a bathroom fitted out for a disabled person, it was weird, the toilets are too high for me and the shower totally open, which means that I put some everywhere, hence a certain humidity which attracts mosquitoes. Many Americans from the towers come down here, they talk loudly, are unable to use the stairs even for one floor and push their suitcases in a terrible din, not to mention meeting them very early for breakfast!
The staff is nice, it's nice but I didn't feel comfortable in a cozy setting. The breakfast is fresh, excellent, generous, but limited in terms of local products. The owner of the hotel is on the spot with her dogs, I found it rather nice to have animals.

The hotel is a renovated old building. Because the interior is newly renovated, it is clean and tidy👍
However, it is a bit overwhelming for the decoration to be completed in one step and ”unmanned management”.
You must download the required app according to the email in advance, complete the cumbersome registration process, and activate the electronic key. This is very important.
Because I didn't open the email in advance, I registered and downloaded outside the hotel on a hot day, which was very uncomfortable.
I can't accept ”unmanaged” hotels at all

You can contact Francesca on WeChat for self-check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable sofa bed. All the necessary utensils and seasonings were available. It's located directly across from the entrance to the Accademia Gallery. It happened to be the first Sunday of every month, so you could observe the line from above and wait for your turn to join the queue. From the window, you can take photos of the Duomo's rooftop. It's a straight walk, about 5-10 minutes. We stayed for four nights. The only downside was the mosquitoes in the hot weather. I bought some electric mosquito repellent at the Carrefour in front, and I slept much better. (^^)

GGuest UserThe room also has an elevator on the second floor. The booked room has three beds, which is very suitable for parent-child travel. There is no problem with two children at home. The location is also very convenient, next to the Notre Dame Baihua Cathedral, and the old bridge is only a few hundred meters away. When I left, I was close to the tram and went directly to the train station. This hotel is really good, the people who entertained don't know if it is the boss or the waiter, the attitude and service are in place

HHONGThis is the second stay. As always, good. This is the longest stay in the same hotel in Italy. Stayed at this hotel for four consecutive nights. The hotel is ideally located 10 minutes walk from Central Station and less than 5 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore. There are many people during the day, and going out to shoot the night scene at night is not the same. More commendable is the owner of the hotel. He is a man who is both sunny and enthusiastic, thoughtful and thoughtful. The design of the room allows you to be infected by the culture of the Renaissance as soon as you enter.
