The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the dedicated airport shuttle stop and 5 minutes from the canal. It's about a 15-minute walk to the old town. The hotel itself is very new, spacious, and comfortable. Housekeeping does a great job every day, and there's a laundry room available. I later found out it's part of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts group, which is a nice bonus. While you might think it's a bit far from the old town, the price and room size definitely make it worth it. Plus, the cafe next door, which is a popular spot, offers a 10% discount on breakfast for hotel guests and serves delicious food.

From the pluses - the number is large, near the station, beautiful luster, high ceilings. The downsides are no refrigerator, no safe, very tiny shower cabin with broken doors. Washing in the toilet is very inconvenient, pump type, requires numerous presses. Staff either doesn't speak English or speaks very badly. Respeshen works from 8.00 to 14.00. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Florence train station, but the area is quite quiet, so it's a bit of a distance from supermarkets. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop offers a great view of the Florence Cathedral dome, making it a great choice for accommodation in downtown Florence!
