I stayed for two nights. I asked if I could leave my luggage before check-in time, and they kindly accepted.
The exterior is tasteful, and the interior is nice and clean. They provide water every day.
The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and it's about a 30-minute walk to the city center, so the location is good. There is a supermarket nearby, which was also nice.
The staff were polite and kind.
The value for money is also good, and I think it's perfect for sightseeing in Florence. I'd like to come again. Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago, everything was good as last time. Parking is 20 euros. It's a 20-minute walk to the center, there's a good supermarket and a few restaurants nearby (we like Perseus). The breakfast at the hotel is standard Italian, nothing fancy. Next time we come to Florence, we'll probably stay here again.

It was a bit cold at night, but there were blankets and quilts in the closet for extra covers. The service was normal. The hotel felt too old, like a hotel. The hygiene was normal. We lived near the main entrance on the first floor. There were travelers talking at the front desk at night, and we could hear them clearly. But I am not very sensitive to sound. It was OK, but cold.
