It was clean. Its alright but sauna is extra charges when its not specified. I wouldnt have paid more than 150 euro per nite if sauna is extra every single time
Location is a bit off but not much of an issue i would say 3 star of 5 star experience

Eine tolle und schön eingerichtete Location mit super Anbindung in die Stadt und zubuchbarem Parkplatz. Aber am meisten hat uns das extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Team des Florence Comfort gefallen. Ihr seid klasse! Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Ottima accoglienza, disponibilità e immediata soluzione a piccolo inconveniente (areatore guasto in bagno) risolto con sostituzione camera anche più grande senza costi aggiuntivi. Pulizia, alcuni confort in camera e parcheggio privato rendono il soggiorno molto piacevole.

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia dal venerdì alla domenica in camera tripla dal 10/01 al 12/01. La struttura è tenuta molto bene con piccolo giardino che nei mesi caldi è a disposizione dei clienti. La camera accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Il letto comodo sia il matrimoniale che il singolo. Bagno grande. Il giardino è dotato di un parcheggio ( a pagamento giornaliero) che risulta molto comodo per l'auto dato che a Firenze, come in tante città, parcheggiare è sempre un problema. A due passi c'è la fermata Batoni della tramvia che ti porta direttamente in centro (10minuti) con frequenza dei tram di circa 5'. Sempre a 30 metri c'è una buonissima pizzeria Pizza Man che fa delle ottime pizze ed ha tutto il menù dedicato ai celiaci ( mia moglie). Per fare colazione su piazza Batoni ci sono un bar tabacchi molto fornito e la pasticceria Batoni eccellente e anche questa attrezzata con prodotti per celiaci. Che dire.....consiglio vivamente Florence Confort B&B per la cortesia della persone che lo gestiscono e la posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro di Firenze. Sicuramente quando torneremo a Firenze non avremo dubbi su dove soggiornare. Grazie di tutto Luigi Vagli
