DO NOT STAY HERE!! I was told by the owner I was blackmailing her due to multipul issues... flooding issues with the shower, which covered everywhere in the room, after a couple hours of waiting, the owner sent the employed cleaner to try and fix her mistake and then accidentally sprayed my clothes and suitcase & tv area with the portable shower head. Extremely frustrated, she told us we would get a discount for so much inconvenience... We contacted the owner in regards to a few more issues with our room,She wanted photos supplied which we did. Then finally after hours of waiting for this flooding issue to be looked at, we wanted to check out the sauna, first the owner said we needed to book prior but then again not written anywhere for additional charges, she required an additional 70euro each 🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ the room was dusty, including glasses, the noise from the train was horrific all night (even with earplugs) But the worst experience was the owner. She is a ******** ****** ** g. She has terrible communication, unprofessional, pretends not to speak English & purely takes advantage of tourists and guests.. THE OWNER IS A DISGRACEFUL HUMAN AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS SO CALLED "BUISNESS"

Personal check in. Check in very late at 2:30 and check out very early 10:30. Considering expensive with basement room with outside bathroom.

It’s a nice hotel, very accessible & near the Firenze SMN station. The room was ready earlier than check in time. Our room was spacious, clean & beautiful. The only hiccup was checking in. We weren’t given the check in instruction ahead of time & WhatsApp response took a while but after we got the info, everything was good.

We enjoyed the comfort that the property had to offer and the quality of the details in it. They have it meticulously clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. I liked the 2 separate spaces included in this particular
unit (Nativi). The communication with the host was fantastic!
The ONLY reason why I gave it a score of 4 is because the gym was so small and dungeon-like and I was surprised by the additional cost to use the sauna. We ended up not using the sauna because the price structure was not convenient/reasonable. I think this aspect of the place was misleading in the listing.
EVERYTHING else was good - very close top train station and restaurants as well as major attractions (walking 10-20 minutes). We would definitely consider staying there again!
