I was traveling alone in Florence, and unfortunately, on the last day of my planned stay, I sprained my ankle badly on the street. Unsure of what to do, I returned to the hotel to ask for help, at least for some ice to treat the injury. The staff were supportive, even though my stay had ended. Since I was badly hurt and unable to leave Florence, I needed to extend my stay. The staff understood my situation and upgraded my room to a more spacious one, which made it much easier for the doctors to visit me.
The room itself was very clean and modern, which gave me much comfort while I had to rest. However, one minor drawback is that the hotel doesn’t provide room service, so I could only order delivery from nearby restaurants during my stay. As I was unable to walk the entire time, I was very dependent on the staff’s help, and I truly appreciated their efforts despite the limited resources available.

Great place, all the amenities I needed (iron, fridge, kettle), friendly staff, short walk to the city centre, comfy bed, I overslept twice coz of it, highly recommended.

역 바로 앞에 있어서 위치가 진짜 좋아요 유럽 길에 캐리어끌고 힘든데 그나마 길 건너 바로 있어서 다행이었어요
로마에서 묶은 숙소가 3성이고 여긴 4성이어서 더 낫겠지 했는데 숙소 청결도가 저는 좀 아쉬웠어요
방도 너무너무 작아서 캐리어 두개를 펼칠 수 없어 업그레이드 (체크인할때 방 여유가 있으면 1박에 40유로 정도면 발코니에 더 넓은 방 가능하다고 먼저 물어보더라구요) 추천 드려요
매일 청소 깨끗이 해 주시고 침대보도 흰색이라 깨끗한데 침대 위에 올려둔 블랑켓이나 의자 등이 오래되서인시 약간 만지거나 올려두기 싫은 느낌을 지울 수가 없었어요

位置非常好，出火車站2分鐘，出行很方便。房間也很乾凈。除了特別小，沒毛病
早餐不錯，服務生還過來問要喝什麼口味的咖啡。
如果預算高一點可以定個更大的房間，經濟房真的小。是我這趟行程中最小的一間
