房間很大很乾凈 位置好出行方便 早餐不好吃
但隔音太差，完全不隔音 像睡在馬路上 馬路又是整晚整天的喧鬧，路人的講話聲都很清楚。住宿第二晚半夜有通下水道的車子，機器轟鳴聲，街上下水道的臭味房間都能聞到，直接吵醒薰醒。檢查了一遍窗都是緊閉的。那就是窗衹有一層玻璃並且太薄了！

Great location; very clean; our room (executive suite) was quite spacious for our family of 4; breakfast has plenty of options and delicious; staff were friendly. There was a weird smell in the lobby area, but not in my room. Will stay there again if I visit Florence.

There is so much to love about this place - where do I begin? The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - at all times. Our room was clean and spacious, with a stocked mini bar. The breakfast was wonderful. We loved the location - it was about a 15 minute walk to the main attractions in Florence - with so much to see and do on the way. We liked that it was a bit quieter over by where we were staying. I would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone staying in Florence!

We enjoyed a few lovely days in this intimate and friendly hotel in a great location for all Florence has to offer, from sightseeing to a plethora of restaurants and eateries. The rooms were bright modern and clean with fresh towels every day. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a simple buffet style with plenty of choice. If I were to note a negative, it would be that there was a lot of street noise. It didn’t bother us at all but could be something to consider if you prefer something more peaceful. However, a lot of Florence was full of bustle and traffic in fairness. We would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The staff was fantastic! Very accommodating and went above and beyond without being asked. The location is fantastic as it is walkable to everything you would want to see. The area just around the hotel is much less crowded than others while still being centrally located. The breakfast was delicious as well!

All of the staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The room was very clean and spacious. Everything was great and we had no issues. The location was great, as you could walk to everything and didn't need a rental car.
