The hotel location, the cleanliness, the safety and the staff, especially Nadia, was great. There’s a lift in the building, the room was clean and a decent size. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was average but certainly functional and clean. Whatever I needed, Nadia and her team were ready to help. I would recommend!

Nel suo piccolo non manca proprio nulla ! Disponibilità in tutte le camere di ferro da stiro ed Asse, teiera elettrica con tante varietà di tè e tisane, frigo bar, cassaforte,tv e telecomandi in buste di plastica per l'igiene.Il personale è socievole e gentilissimo. Hanno fatto di tutto per aiutarmi a risolvere dei problemi per stampare alcuni documenti.La colazione molto ricca! Le camere pulite e letto TOP!Si è in centro con tant ristoranti e anche supermercati.

Hotel vicinissimo alla stazione e abbastanza vicino alla Fortezza dove si è svolta la Fiera Didacta. Ambiente pulitissimo, silenzioso, ottima colazione WIFI free, TV satellitare, servizio ottimo sia al ceckin che al ceck out. Da ripetere.

Hotel in ottima posizione vicino alla stazione e a due passi dal centro, stanze pulite con letti comodi e personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile , molto consigliato ci ritornerò sicuramente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo con possibilità di colazione

It was very close to the train station. The reception desk is only open from 9am to 7pm. The elevator is very old and can hold one person at a time if carrying luggage

Not the prettiest location, but so convenient to train, and easy walking to all major attractions. The very best part was our service . Nadia, specifically, went way above and beyond to be so helpful, as well as friendly and courteous every day. For this reason, I would recommend hotel Berna to friends!!!

In 3 min vom Bahnhof erreichbar, sehr freundliche Angestellte, schönes grosses Zimmer und reichhaltiges Frühstück.
