Grand Hotel Cavour

The hotel is nice, but the mattress was too firm and didn't allow us to sleep well. The breakfast was good and varied.

And what made me angry this time was that I originally booked a single room, and then my friend came to look for me and was stopped by her, preventing him from entering the hotel. Later, I went to the front desk to communicate with her. She said in a very bad tone that I couldn't let my friend in, so I said I could pay the difference. At this time, she left for a while and came back, arrogantly telling me that I need to pay more 150 euros fee, but won't change my room. So, in the end, I paid 150 euros on the premise of paying 170 euros for the room, and I could only live in a single room. I don't understand this is normal? ? Finally, after my payment was completed, the lady said to me with great disdain: "Tomorrow you will have to pay the city tax after you check out, for two people, do you understand?" Sorry, I can't understand this is the attitude you should have as a service person? You are really uneducated lady. As long as you're in this hotel, I won't be staying again, and I'll tell everyone about your disgusting behavior. Apart from this disgusting lady, everything about this hotel is perfect.
