La struttura è in centro , personale gentile ed accogliente , stanza e bagno pulite , colazione abbondante , park a pagamento extra a pochi metri dalla struttura

位置離市中心比較近。前台服務還可以。但沒有電梯，行李要搬上樓。可能因為大廈是舊樓的原因，整個房間有一股下水道的臭味，還有一些飛蟲。

Gabriel is the nicest gentleman in Florence! He carried my big, heavy suitcase up and down the stairs! He told me and my mom the best tourist spots to go to and he served us our breakfast coffee with cute smile-y faces! We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Hotel Santa Croce with my girlfriend for 5 nights and it was perfect for us! Not too fancy, but it includes everything you need to have a quality stay. It is on a nice little narrow street so you wont be hearing too much noise at night, and you'll get great sleep because of it. Every staff member was lovely, welcoming, and gave us incredible service for a very reasonable price. The restaurants they recommended were great and very close to the hotel! No complaints, would 100% recommend staying here!

The bothers who own this hotel are lovely. Breakfast was great and the location was nice and far away from the crowds. Check in was easy and the build secure. Our only issues were a small shower, anyone over 6 foot is going to have a problem, and the air conditioner wasn't available. I was quite comfortable with the window being open but my husband was absolutely destroyed by mosquitoes since there isn't screens.

Devo solo dire ottima accoglienza, dal servizio ritiro auto in hotel e convenzione parcheggio, alla sistemazione in stanza,all ottima colazione, alla cortesia dei proprietari....ai loro consigli x trattorie,mangiato benissimo alla trattoria Benvenuti.... Consiglio vivamente se passate da Firenze❣️

The hotel is run by two brothers who were fantastic hosts. Its location is perfect for walking to all the main local attractions. It is part of the original town and due to its historical build date of around the 1600's the rooms are on the smaller size. Saying that the brothers keep the hotel immaculately clean, make the rooms up every day and supply daily clean towels. The continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful. If I was to revisit Florence I would certainly use this hotel again.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni stupendi a Firenze soggiornando presso l'hotel Santa Croce. È collocato in una via molto tranquilla letteralmente a due passi da Piazza Santa Croce e da Piazza della Signoria. I proprietari Mario e Gabriele sono molto accoglienti e gentili e forniscono delle informazioni molto utili per le visite, per i locali dove pranzare/cenare e per muoversi soprattutto a piedi per la città, noi le abbiamo praticamente seguite alla lettera e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Personale molto cortese. Colazione molto buona. Pulizia perfetta. Consigliamo senza dubbio questo hotel. Antonella, Walter e Arianna (Torino)
