A hotel I like very much. It is small and exquisite, very clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the color matching is beautiful. The hotel handles every detail very well. The hair dryer is a Dyson, which is a very friendly detail for ladies. The food in the restaurant is also good, the tableware is also beautiful, and the service is very thoughtful. If any friends are coming to Florence, this is a highly recommended hotel. Our whole family likes it very much.

Amazing refined stay
Stunning intimate property, elegant and sophisticated with top notch breakfast and superb outside bar/restaurant! Service is unbelievable , so attentive and above and beyond! Concierge was sublime and loved every minute of my stay here! Location is unbelievable

Tried to change my reservation for June 2025 and no one gets back to you. I must have sent them 5 emails with no response. I have never experienced anything like this. I wasn't even looking to cancel. Just wanted to change the dates and add more days. My suggestion, pick another hotel.

Meravigliosa struttura. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Personale professionale, attento e discreto. Camera pulitissima, splendente, silenziosa ed estremamente confortevole. Tutta la struttura è una bomboniera. La colazione è veramente una coccola, per il palato e per gli occhi. Il cibo in generale superlativo, come la mise en place e il servizio. Posizione eccellente.
