這是一家較為復古的酒店，很安靜，有一部承重300公斤的小電梯，非常平穩，也很敏感，站在裏面有點動作就停下了，再次按要去的樓層即可。我們習慣的一樓在這裡是0層。房間狀態見1、2視頻和照片，3、4、5是大門的樣子和相對的位置以及呼叫器，記得我好像是按了第一個，有人答話，告訴他“check in”門就可以推開了。門牌號是白色的17號。空調、熱水、WiFi都很好。但給我印象最深的還是女主人Paola燦爛温暖的笑容，讓人有回家的感覺！因為電梯小，行李不能同時上電梯，在Paola為我們介紹房間時男主人Andrew就幫我們拿了上來，非常感謝！酒店就在皮蒂宮對面，傍晚時躺在皮蒂宮門前的斜坡上，看着天上的雲變幻着緩緩流過，心都安靜了。歇夠了掏出一串鑰匙，打開大門，竟有一種本地居民的感覺呢！進屋後從冰箱拿出來氣泡水或是沖一杯咖啡非常愜意。

This is the worst place I've stayed in Italy.. I don't understand why it has such high ratings and is recommended. The towels are changed once every 4 days, the elevator stops working frequently, the wifi says it's expired and doesn't work. The charger is really bad because it's a slow charger.

It's in a good location downtown, and the hoteliers are very friendly. The bedding was also clean. For the price, there is an elevator so it's great for carrying luggage. However, there is no soundproofing, and the water coming out of the tap is not good. Recommended for those who are light sleepers. The water filter also turned black immediately. It was good value for money.

We stayed at Toscanelli Residenza D'epoca during our wedding photoshoot in Florence, and it was the perfect choice. The location is ideal — quiet yet close to everything — and our room was spotless, charming, and comfortable.
What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. They were so kind and helpful, going above and beyond to support us during such an important moment.

This was an amazing place to stay—especially for our first time in Florence! We were so happy with the owners and how they run this place. Don’t be confused by the pictures, every room is a fully functioning room with private bathroom and spacious! The beds were comfortable, the cleaning service was amazing, and overall it was the perfect stay. It’s right in front of Pitti Palace, a huge attraction which is lovely and makes it easy to navigate through the area. Thank you again for such a lovely time!
