Very nice hotel, fantastic location just a stone's throw from the cathedral. Very well-kept structure and service, although I personally didn't consider escorting to the room essential. Welcome drink much appreciated, excellent breakfast, kind and welcoming staff.

I asked for ice cubes and a kettle several times, but they were not delivered immediately. It took more than 10 minutes for them to be delivered after I called again. In addition, the breakfast selection is relatively small. With the level of this hotel, I have higher expectations for it. Overall, it is still very good.
