Such a terrible experience in this hotel.Cannot sleep for all night! It was very very very noisy outside.We heard the sound of motorbikes coming round over 100 times I promise .Get crazy！！！！Also the building is too old,the sound coming from the floor as well,scary at night… We booked 2nights in this hotel but we only stayed 1 night then leave as soon as possible.Can’t stand it anymore!! The receptionist who named Letizia has nice and polite service to us but another one named Ginevra(maybe) she gave me a roll of eyes after I said I don’t want to stay here for second day.I guess maybe she’s racist??Anyway Asian guests remain to be noted to choose this hotel.By the way,they won’t refund you any of your fees even you can’t sleep all night in their hotel.They don’t care about it ~

Had an enjoyable stay here! Nice located and easy to find. Really big bed with warm air conditions so had a sound sleep. The view in the room was brilliant and we took lots of photos. Breakfast was also substantial with tea and coffee, and lots of desserts which could be fully full.

A very bad experience .First of all the reception closed at 9pm and when we arrived in the evening we found out that it was not the room we had booked, we were told that we had been "upgraded", the so-called upgrade was just an extra bed, not even a table, what did we need so many beds for two people? We only wanted the room we had booked but the hotel gave it to another guest and cancelled the breakfast we had booked, the most annoying thing was that there was no communication with us throughout, I don't think the hotel respected us at all!

The room is super large, very suitable for family travel. The geographical environment is excellent, facing the Pitti Palace, there are many restaurants on the street, and you can reach various attractions in Florence within 25 minutes on foot!

Excellent hotel opposite the Medici Palace, Palazzo Pitti - the very center, located in the ZTL zone, but you can come by car and they themselves park in the parking lot for 30 euros per day, an old building, but there is an elevator, I took a two-room suite with two toilets, everything is renovated in very good condition, the ceilings and walls are painted with frescoes!

It's very beautiful and stunning at first sight. But breakfast must be ordered in advance and the water pressure is very low. It is enough to take a bath and a bath. It is enough to stay for one night. The bed is very big and the sound insulation is not good. The floor is too low and the voices of passers-by can be heard very clearly.

Don't make a reservation, there will be no one at the hotel after 6 o'clock, so you have to find a place to check in by yourself. Then the hotel waiter discriminated against Chinese people, thinking that we couldn't understand Italian and kept talking behind our backs.

The location is just opposite the Pitti Palace and very close to Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. All attractions are within walking distance. The hotel design is beautiful and the facilities are of high quality. One of my favorite hotels in Italy during this trip.

Very good, just opposite Bidi Palace. There are many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The cleanliness and configuration of the room are comparable to 5 stars. However, it is still recommended to arrange 1-2 nights to live in the new city to experience the style of Florence in an all-round way.
