Pros: great location, just a few steps from a few must see of the city. Cons:the noise of morning workers cleaning or making deliveries in the morning (7-8am) and tourist making their way through the alleys and streets to or from hotels, bar, etc. will carry to tour room... maybe disrupting your sleep. Also, if you're going to arrive after the reception closes it can get tricky or stressful as you have to reach out an on-call reception person (in my case it took 3 dials in to hear from them, I got delayed 20min. on the road and the person left and have to call again). The lock of my room and for the constant slamming of doors rooms seem to be a bit tricky to operate. Finally, the safe in my room was looked at my arrival, so I couldn't use it. Not the best value and wouldn't recommend it.

We had 2 rooms, both were great, the beds were comfortable, and so were the pillows. Very roomy. Refrigerator and tea, coffee makings in our rooms. Windows and aircon. Staff were fantastic and the lady at reception when we arrived was so helpful. She gave us a city map and showed us all the attractions and the best times to go. Very friendly and very helpful. We were right in the middle of the city, so a few minutes to all eateries and shops, all the town squares, museums, and churches. We had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

The location is very convenient and walkable to all the sites we want to visit. The staff service is excellent. The only complaint is it could get noisy at night on the street when you try to sleep.

Perfect location and friendly, accommodating staff. The room was bigger than I'd expected, and super comfortable. The location was very convenient for just stopping back in the room throughout the day to change, rest, etc. I'm already recommending the hotel to friends and family!

Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable mais un peu austère. La résidence est ancienne et mériterait un rafraîchissement par endroit. L’accueil est chaleureux et professionnel. Super bien situé à une centaine de mètres du ponte Vecchio, mais un peu bruyant en ce week-end de Pâques. Au final très bon logement pour un court séjour à Florence.
