This was a lovely room across the street from the Hotel Scarletti. We were able to leave our bags before we checked in. The location was within walking distance to the tours we took. It was a last minute find that didn’t disappoint. The room was quiet with great air conditioning

Chambre très calme, avec une excellente literie, très propre, même si la chambre 302 où nous étions est un peu petite, il manque une table et un fauteuil (ou une chaise). Excellent accueil, buffet du petit déjeuner copieux, très bon et varié. C'était très agréable de le prendre sur le roof top. Personnel très accueillant, à l écoute et certains parlent français.

Clean, big room, well airconditioned - check in was easy and the location is prime. We enjoyed being close to the Ponte Vecchio - it was an easy walk to the downtown core. The staff were pleasant and helped with our inquiries when we had them. Very comfortable!

Rapporto qualità prezzo è corretto. Punto di forza la colazione e il personale molto cordiale, punto di debolezza il bagno (fruibile, ma con qualche pecca manutentiva probabilmente dovuta al calcare).

I had to leave the Tuscany area a day early. I gave this htel 3 weeks early so they could re-rent the room. They told me it wouldn'tbe possible because I ordered through a website that didn't offer refunds. They told me my only option would be to get a medical excuse but they would evaluate if it was legitimate.I guess they are medical people too. Ridiculous! If you are smart find a different place to stay. There are many lovely places.

It is close Ponte Vecchio and other attractions. The bathroom deserved 5 stars. The bedroom deserved 3 stars because the window looks to people’s balconies yet we had to open it for cool air (AC restrictions). This means crappy view, less privacy and more mosquitoes! The worst part was that there’s no phone in the room, the WiFi sucks and you have to cross the street to get services. Yes! I had to cross the street full of people in my pajamas to get a router to boost my WiFi. ALL the amenities are at a partner hotel across the street.

Although we were at the Florence Old Bridge we had full access to the Hotel SCALETTA Ponte Vecchio which included breakfast and access to the rooftop area. Parking was not the easiest but the hotel was very helpful with arrangements at a local garage which picked up the car at the hotel and then dropped it at a nearby plaza when we departed.

Nice spot, steps from Ponte Vecchio & Boboli Gardens. Bathroom and shower very modern, lots of shower space! Room was ok, across the street from main part of hotel.
