Overall it’s pretty good, the lobby is also with a lot of super heroes. But the room gets noisy in the morning.

The pictures don't reflect the rooms, you will never get the room shown for the Classic room. Bad attitude at the reception, typical in a futuristic city like Florence. Good breakfast!

The room is very spacious, but maybe because it is an old building without much re-planning, the soundproofing is a bit poor, and you can hear the sound from the next room, and there is a restaurant downstairs, where there is a lot of music and entertainment every night...The restaurant will be prepared very early, It will be noisy, so it is easy to wake up...not recommended.. Also, I always smell the old smell... If you have a sensitive nose... I don't recommend it. But you can see the square scene from the room, which is good, and the water pressure in the shower is strong enough! After a long day of travel, it’s nice to take a shower!

The room is small but the location is unbeatable. I stayed here twice when I came to Florence. It is a very convenient boutique hotel. I would recommend it to tourists. It is also very convenient to eat downstairs. Transportation and attractions are also within walking distance. It is very close to the train station.

Excellent hotel obtained from the historic residence of Garibaldi in Florence in an extraordinary location on the SMNovella square. Friendly and helpful staff, they let us find the suitcase in the room and booked the restaurant for the evening. Very spacious room (in my case) and clean, overlooking the square Period furnishings with custom sculptures such as old tire palm trees located in the lobby. Good international breakfast Experience to be repeated

地理位置很好，附近都是餐館，離市區幾個主要景點也不遠；我們是自駕來的，進老城區路很窄，新手的話要注意安全，不要租大車，轉彎很不方便。酒店有代客泊車，車會幫你停到城外去，要用車的話提前半小時跟前台説；停車費48歐元一天，比攜程寫的貴，另外還有每天14歐的城市税，具體可見照片

Удобное месторасположение, в 5 минутах от вокзала Санта Мария Новелла. Чистый, просторный номер. В ванной есть принадлежности для душа, фен. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Дополнительно есть бесплатная вода. я путешествовала в начале марта, были теплые одеяла. Хороший европейский завтрак: горячие и холодные блюда.
