Peccato ho telefonato per informarmi per un pernottamento di 3 giorni sono stato co ntattato da una signora che mi ha confermato la disponibilità delle camere e inviato un email con le tipologie e offerte ma una volta letto l'email provo a telefonare per avere più informazioni e prenotare ma nessuna risposta riprovo il giorno dopo con otre 10 chiamate nel arco della mattinata ma nessuna risposta provo con email e trovo la risposta che è disponibile solo una camera classic non ristrutturata non è così che si gestisce una offerta di prenotazione

Soggiorno perfetto a pochi passi dal Duomo. Tre notti in camera spaziosa, arredata in stile e con vista strepitosa su piazza SS. Annunziata. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Pulizia, servizi in generale, l'ottima/abbondante colazione e per finire la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale addetto alla Reception e alla Sala Colazione hanno contribuito a rendere favoloso il soggiorno in questa meravigliosa città.

Although we knew it was a 3 star hotel ,we got disappointed when shown to our room.Avoid 1st floor rooms.We sked if we could change. The matress and pillows are not good, too hard for my taste. The wifi is too weak and the area where breakfast is served too cold. On the other hand the staff is polite and friendly and the room is quite clean.
