The service is very good and the cleaning is timely. It is opposite the Church of the Annunciation. You can just walk to the scenic spots. The room is not big, but it is like this in big cities in Europe.

Very convenient place, just a small review of the Florence bus schedule, and the place to buy tickets is often closed, so pay more attention and plan ahead!

Famiglia di quattro persone. La suite king abbastanza spaziosa unica pecca viene indicata con due camere ma in realtà la seconda molto più piccola e senza la porta per cui la privacy non proprio al top. L'insonorizzazione non è eccellente avevamo un affaccio su una stradina laterale più tranquilla ma si sentivano i rumori proveniente dalla piazza. I letti comodi, la pulizia scarsa abbiamo trovato molta polvere soprattutto sotto i letti. Nella camera non c'era un armadio dove poter appendere i nostri abiti ma solo un armadio con mensole. La colazione abbondante e di qualità sia dolce che salata. La posizione eccellente a 10 minuti a piedi dal duomo. Il personale è stato disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono con qualche miglioramento diventerebbe una struttura di lusso. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere

3 of us stayed for 1 night after a trip to Bologna. Hotel is very central & was easy to find. Our double room was spacious. Very old Italian style but spotless clean. Nothing prepared me for the bathroom though. The Toliet pot was actually in the shower! And the shower had shower curtains which I have not seen in around 30 yrs in a hotel. Very small and cramped and not what the pictures of the bathrooms looked like when booking.

Easy to find , perfect location turn the corner from the entrance and the cathedral is in view. Lots of great little bars and eateries nearby. Checkin was easy , communications were good and timely. Easy to find approx 20 min walk from the main train station. Breakfast was really good for the location and cost of the hotel. Room was very authentic high ceilings and a lovely bathroom. Air con didn’t really seem to cool the room down but not a problem for us as in October. Room was cleaned daily to a good standard + tea and coffee facilities A few little supermarkets nearby which was a bonus . Man on the coffee machine in the morning for breakfast was so nice and made the best coffees !

We spent 3 nights at the hotel. The breakfast is great. The noise at night, not so much, there were revelers in the square until 4 am 1 night, after midnight the other. The Internet was basically unusable for 2 days, we were told the carrier was having issues. The third night however, it was almost as bad. Since the trip included some work on line, it was a problem. For the price of the room, we would have expected decent internet, at least when the carrier had fixed its issues.
