Posizione comodissima, a pochi metri dalla stazione e a due passi dal Duomo, un po’ scomoda la scala. La singola in cui ho soggiornato era molto pulita e piccola, il bagno addirittura minuscolo anche se comodo, complici la finestra che rende luminosa la stanza al mattino, i colori chiari e l’ arredamento, nonostante le dimensioni la camera è molto confortevole.

Super bem localizado entre a estacao de trem e o Duomo. Quarto super limpo, cheiroso e com bom tamanho. O unico problema sao as escadas. Se voltar a cidade pretendo me hospedar novamente nesse hotel

L'hôtel est très bien situé à 5 min à pied de la gare centrale, et de la ligne T2 pour l'aéroport (25 min). Il se situe en plein centre ville historique, proche des visites, et surtout de la cathédrale. Le quartier est vivant, plein de commerces et de restaurants. L'accueil était bon, je reprécise qu'il y a des marches avant d'arriver a l'étage de l'hôtel. La chambre était correcte et confortable. Peu parfois être bruyante à cause de l'effervescence de la rue, mais surtout de la porte d'entrée qui claque à cause des gens irrespectueux en rentrant et sortant. Eeeh mercééé Florence

It was 75 plus stairs to the office and I am 76 years old. I just about died carrying my luggage up the stairs.

Piccolo hotel in una posizione centrale. La camera era pulita è spaziosa. La posizione era perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. Se devo trovare un difetto, non c'è l'ascensore ma per noi non era un problema. Ci è piaciuta la Firenze e la prossima volta torneremo sempre in questo hotel

This was a fine, functional, adequate, clean facility, quite walkable from the train station and quite walkable to all of the city-center museums, galleries, etc. Excellent location. Beware, though, there is no elevator and the hotel is up a lot of windy twisty stairs! Do not select this hotel if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, it was a fine option.

Very clean and modern rooms - super close to great restaurants, coffee shops and steps from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the train station! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again next time we are in Florence! The staff is super friendly, helpful and approachable which was great. Only negative about this hotel is the number of steps - I think my wife counted around 70 to 74 steps to get to the hotel floor. There are no elevators unfortunately - no biggie if you are young like us and pack light but might be tough for older individuals with kids and/or heavy luggage.

It was an amazingly great location, but I’m too old and fat for no elevator. It was located so perfectly, we would still stay here when back in Florence.
