It's quite standard. The stairs to the entrance are steep and high, and there is no one to help you. The room is very small, the suitcases cannot be fully opened, and it is far from the tourist attractions, about 50 minutes walk. Breakfast is simple.

Ho conosciuto questo hotel per viaggi di lavoro ed oggi son tornato con la famiglia e una coppia di amici. Il posto è proprio una piccola oasi di relax con piscina, cascata e spazio giochi per i piccoli. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante interno, ottimo il sushi di carne.

This is a lovely hotel, beautiful rooms, and helpful friendly staff. It is a little bit far from the centre of Florence to walk easily, but that does mean it is on a very quiet location.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura solo una sera, durante un viaggio di lavoro. è un piccolo albergo che ricorda i meravigliosi arredamenti londinesi. Molto curato nei dettagli, accostamenti cromatici incantevoli, massima disponibilità e colazione deliziosa. Ho dormito comodamente e silenziosamente , nonostante la struttura si trovi a ridosso della strada principale . Fuori nella via c'erano dei cantieri e dei lavori in corso, quindi trovare parcheggio non è stato facile, per fortuna il personale è riuscito con gentilezza a trovarmi un posto auto presso un luogo convenzionato li vicino, è un servizio a pagamento ma estremamente ben organizzato. Lo consiglio per chi cerca una pausa rilassante con un tocco di design British.

Went to Florence to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel was amazing and the rooms were beautiful. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly, they even gave us a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Would return anytime.

Fantastic location,only a few kilometres from florence,number 23 bus or get your steps in,half hour walk at a stroll. Hotel,lovely,clean and a very friendly atmosphere, welcoming.All the staff very helpful,making your stay very special,fantastic all rounders. Room,absolutely spotless,comfortable bed and bathroom very clean,thank you,too the cleaning staff. Thank you,too all the staff,fantastic.
