The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very generous. It is also close to the tram and with the T2 it takes less than 20 minutes to the center. The rooms were a little small but had everything you need; I recommend it to someone who wants to visit the city or is in Florence for work.

Mio Hotel, which we chose online for our six-day Italy trip to visit Florence, was the right choice in terms of ease of access to the city. You can easily park your car and reach the historical center of the city by tram. The hotel rooms are old in terms of furniture and comfort. The breakfast variety is poor. However, the reception staff was kind and helpful. It can be recommended for ease of access to the city center.

Basic but had everything we needed. A bit old and could do with upgrade but we weren't there for the hotel so it was fine. Cafe feronne was a lovely wee bistro cafe and the staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us. I missed them when I left Florence.

Excellent establishment, located near a T2 tram stop, which offers very good value for money. All the staff are welcoming. The reception is very good advice for the choice of visits. Hearty and good breakfast. Very clean and quiet room.

Room with single beds, with a small child and they didn't change it or find a solution for me, hellish heat in the room, the air conditioner was flooding us so much that an old fan dripped solution, I seem to be back in the 60s for more rooms very blind like the whole hotel and dirty. I will never go back and I hope no one goes there. At this price better something else

Расположение отеля не очень удобное, добирались до центра минут 40. Маленькая спальня с балконом, с двумя тумбочками, шкафом и столом без чайника и холодильника. Маленькая ванная комната с душевой кабинкой. Нормальные завтраки. На одну ночь остановиться можно.
