Me and my wife were not satisfied by the provided room cleaning . We didn't expect full cleaning every day but at least the toilet bin supposed to be changed during the stay. When I asked for the bin to be changed on the 3rd day of our stay, they said they provide a cleaning only after 7 days of s Also I don't want to mention the dirty glasses and the towels were not changed because those were minor issues. Therefore, the hotel does not meet the hygiene standard in the accommodation sector. My advice to management When the sanitary bin is full, people flush the sanitary napkins down the toilet. if the toilet is clogged, it will cost more than the maid's daily salary.

Excellent choice for Florence
Excellent experience and neat concept executed fantastically. Everything was self managed and digital with life support that responds quickly and efficiently. Especially appreciate the traveler friendly aspect of the hotel, eg hold luggage lockers, small amenities snacks and water etc. location is another great point, it’s very centrally located - literally across the duomo and in the middle of all the walkable tourist areas.

Great central location!
Very nice facility, check-in was smooth. Location is a block from the Duomo, so be forewarned that bells start to toll at 7 a.m. every morning. Also, a few times it was loud late at night when people headed to wherever they were staying made more noise than they should have. Only suggestion for the room would be to make more USB outlets available. There are lamps and such with built-in outlets, which we've been able to use in other places we stayed in other cities. We should have planned ahead by bringing more European adapters, but that would have been a nice touch.

Posizione eccellente, camera molto spaziosa e silenziosa nonostante la posizione centrale.
Pensavo che la mancanza di personale all'interno dell'hotel fosse "un difetto", ed invece attraverso whatsApp i proprietari sono completamente a disposizione.
Comodissimi gli armadietti per poter lasciare le valigie sia durante il giorno di arrivo che quello di partenza.

Experiência ruim
Localização incrível, mas foi a única vantagem. Não tem recepção e não te enviam as informações de check in com antecedência, então chegamos e não sabíamos para onde ir dentro do prédio, tivemos que ligar para eles e fazer o check in online, sendo que o sinal dentro do prédio tb estava horrível. Enfim, estresse já no começo. Guardamos as malas em um armário com senha que não funcionava, então quase perdemos um passeio tentando abrir para pegar a mochila. Quarto muito velho, com cabeceira de tecido extremamente empoeirada, cortinas idem. Box do banheiro não veda bem, então molha o banheiro inteiro. Não recomendo

Great location, can be noisy
Fantastic location as so close to everything but the downside of that is that rooms on the front are loud even with the windows closed , you can hear music from the bar downstairs and the traffic on the street, earplugs to sleep are kindly provided but they are needed ! Lovely room and little touches appreciated in the fridge.
