Gittiğimizde resepsiyon dilinin İngilizce olmadığını bilerek İtalyanca çeviri kullanarak gitmemize rağmen sağlıklı bir iletişim gerçekleşemedi. Odamız hazır değildi ve normalde listede olan oda dışında başka bir oda verildi. Odanın genel temizliği dışında asıl sorun bizden önceki misafirin tuvaleti olduğu gibi bırakılmış olup sifon çalışmıyordu. Bunun hakkında yardım isteyeceğimiz zaman resepsiyona ulaşamadık maalesef. Location - convenient distance to explore the old town and the greatest attractions of Florence. The area is quiet and peaceful. There were plenty of free public paid parking spaces in front of the hotel.
Cleanliness
The room was cleaned quite well. However, the equipment, walls and floors appear to have not been replaced/renovated for a long time.
Service
The reception was open when we arrived around 2 p.m., but there is no one there in the evening and at night. There is only information with a telephone number and a message to contact in case of emergency.
Amenities.
The air conditioning was very poor - we were there during a very hot day and it turned out that the air conditioning in our room was not working. After reporting, we received another room in which the air conditioning worked better, but it still failed to cool the room to low temperatures.
In the second room, the shower looked like on a small sailboat (right in front of the toilet, so you could shower while sitting...). Additionally, the toilet seat was not attached and kept moving.
