Was very clean. Taking a shower was a struggle due to how the shower head is placed, I unfortunately got water everywhere when trying to wash my hair, they did supply a lot of towels. Its good if all you need is a bed to sleep from walking all day. Wifi also did not work that great for us in the evenings. The location was convenient and there is a great restaurant on the other side of the street.

Excellent location clean and tidy hotel friendly and helpful staff close to coffee shop Kebab and pizza restaurant and the Conad City supermarket which has practically every item you need

Das Hotel entspricht den Standards vor der Jahrtausendwende. Die Betten sind relativ alt, die Ausstattung ebenso. Der Fön hatte leicht geschmolzene Hülle, die toten Mückenflecken an den Wänden berichteten von schlaflosen Nächten. Die Wände sind auch recht dünn, wir konnten Telefonate der Nachbarn vollständig mithören.
Zimmer sowie Bad Fotos aus der Anzeige stimmten nicht mit unserem Zimmer überein.
Es war recht außerhalb gelegen aber die Nahverkehr Verbindungen sind zügig und günstig in Florenz.

The hotel takes around 25-30 minutes by tram from Santa Maria Novella station. For its price, the location is pretty good.
My room also has amazing tranquil view. But remember to close the window otherwise you might need to be careful of the mosquitos at night.
The staff is friendly and helpful as well.
