My stay here was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We needed to carry heavy luggage up the stairs then take small lift to the hotel lobby. The room and toilet were a bit cramped. The floor was very cold when I visited at the end of November, but luckily I brought my own slippers. The room was clean, albeit a bit old in design, with provided toiletries except for a toothbrush and toothpaste, which was fine since I had my own. They also provide a kettle and water bottles. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, the leather market, a halal restaurant, and is conveniently located near the main train station. We can leave luggage before check in & after checking. Overall, highly recommended.

Hotel a stone's throw from the Santa Maria Novella station in a building with a lift! Warm, clean room and very welcoming staff! Varied breakfast with many sweet and savory products but NO home-made!

I was expecting the hotel to be what it is because most of the hotels in Firenze and other old historic cities in Italy rely on the old historic buildings for hotels. This one had the luxury of a lift (elevator)...😃 Up to the 3rd floor (where the reception was located. 🫠Then, I had to carry my luggage to 2 sets of narrow stairs to my room. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of bread,cheese, ham, drinks, and hot dishes. The reception staff (manager) was very welcoming, friendly, and provided useful information for a 1-day visit of the city. The room was relatively big for Firenze standards, with 1 queen and 3 single beds (room that was available).Beds were clean and comfortable, Bathroom was small but eater and drains working, which I was happy too. Price is expensive for what you get, because that is the way it is in Firenze and other cities in Italy. It was very conveniently located, 400m of the station, the main reason why I booked it. Overall, not bad.

We stayed five nights. Perfect location close to Santa Maria Novella train station, plenty of food options in the area. A/C was cold, Wifi was fast, the rooms and bathrooms were refreshed daily. Breakfast Buffet had plentiful options and we enjoyed sitting at the rooftop terrace at the end of the day. Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind and gracious! We will definitely stay again.

Struttura comodissima alla stazione e al centro. Camere belle, ottima pulizia e ben attrezzate. Chicca dell'hotel la magnifica terrazza con vista sul duomo. Colazione molto variegata. Attima accoglienza all'arrivo e massima disponibilità di Sana durante il soggiorno. Lo consiglio.
