If you want to report it, you have to go to the police station yourself and write a report, and they said that an employee can accompany you to the police station, but I had to leave for Rome that day, and after looking up several cases, I saw cases where people wasted hours at the police station, so I just gave up. Since the money was already taken anyway, and there was no evidence, I didn't even expect to get it back. Italy is famous for pickpocketing, so I only carried a small amount of cash and left the rest at the hotel, but the inside of my backpack zipper in the hotel room, which I thought was safe, was the least safe;; It's really creepy and scary that they searched through our bags and took everything in our hotel room while we were away.
