The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a transfer service at low cost. Much easier than having to come from the city centre early morning.
The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortabel, the staff helpful and friendly. Used public transport to get to the city which is not too far away.
Would certainly stay again.

The hotel is clean and the service is OK, but the location is not so good. The alley is too long and it is inconvenient to drag luggage.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Florence Airport. The room is well-arranged and soundproofed! The hygiene is also good! The front desk guy has a good attitude! Enthusiastic and thoughtful!

It's a very nice hotel. The staff are very warm and friendly. Because I couldn't download the APP for swiping the room card, they specially replaced the physical room card for me, which was very considerate! Later, I had to catch a flight early in the morning and didn’t have time to say goodbye! I put the room card in the glass jar on the reception desk, hoping to see it!
