The most luxurious and spacious hotel in the whole of our Italy trip. There were buses around the hotel that takes you to the centre of Florence. Daily cleaning was provided too which we appreciated! The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. The furnishings are luxurious, we especially enjoyed using the projector and there was even a washing machine even though we did not use it. Do note that this hotel room is a 3-4min walk from the main hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here and will recommend this hotel :)

Struttura ubicata in una zona tranquilla fuori dal centro storico comunque raggiungibile facilmente anche a piedi (circa 40 min). Arredate con cura e originalità le stanze, piacevole il giardino interno anche per la colazione. Da ripetere.

It is a great shame that one of the most beautiful rooms does not have a bathroom and that we are forced, in our underwear, to go to a bathroom on the landing. The price is not adapted to this enormous problem! It would be good if in the hotel's advertising, as well as on Booking, this was clearly indicated. It is only noted "private bathroom" in the same way as for the other rooms, which have a bathroom inside the room, this is misleading advertising... it is indeed private, but on the landing!!! The management pointed out to us that this was noted on the reservation email, but we do not necessarily read all the small print, we mainly look at the details at the start to select an establishment. It is nevertheless a nice little charming hotel, without an elevator however. There's a lovely garden with small, intimate lounges, but unfortunately there's no bar or receptionist after 7 p.m., so you can't buy anything, even though the place is ideal. There's a lot of work to be done to justify the price. This is disgraceful!

A very comfortable hotel. The rooms are very stylish and there is tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The room has air conditioning as well as large windows that can be opened. The breakfast was lovely especially the honeycomb. There were yogurts. Fruit pastries and eggs/ toast and beans(Florence style). A little out of the main city centre but on a bus route(10 mins) or a 20 min walk.

Fabulous hotel. A stone's throw from Nelson Mandela and 15 minutes from the center. Very friendly staff and ready to give you any kind of information. Very good breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory, very nice room, super shower and bed. There is a very nice terrace to use on spring days.

Sono stata a Firenze con un’amica in occasione di un concerto al Mandela forum e abbiamo dormito una notte in questa struttura. Siamo rimaste assolutamente entusiaste di tutto. Abbiamo dormito in una camera nella strutturata separata dal corpo principale. A parte la comodità di poter parcheggiare la macchina nel piccolo spazio adiacente (chiuso da cancello e visibile dalla nostra finestra) …poi cosa dire della camera: uno spettacolo!! Sembrava nuova… basta dire solo questo. Bagno spettacolare e pulitissimo… letto comodissimo.. silenziosissima.. il top!!! Al mattino successivo colazione ottima. Tutto degno di un 5 stelle. Bravi!!!! Così si fa! Questi sono i servizi che ci si aspetta dalle strutture che ci ospitano e che ci fanno onore anche nei confronti degli ospiti stranieri!!! Ci tornerò sicuramente ogni volta che andrò ad un concerto o anche per altro.

Hotel situato in ottima posizione, vicino allo stadio. Si raggiunge il centro in poco tempo. Possibilità di avere posto auto a poca distanza dall’hotel. Stanze molto pulite e confortevoli. Staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione internazionale ben fornita.
