房間大小合適，有陽台。酒店在ztl區外，有停車場，適合自駕旅行。步行到市中心大約半小時，可以走到路口坐公交，開車直接上山就能到米開朗基羅廣場，比較方便。

This was a welcoming hotel in the Porta Romana end of Firenze. Our room was very nice and there is very little traffic noise. It is situated up the hill a few hundred meters from the Arco Di Porta Romana. Where there is a convenient bus into the centre of Firenze and the Railway station. Buy bus tickets in the tobacco shop and validate them on the machine on the bus. We took a group wine tour from those bus stops too. The breakfast was very good and as a gluten free traveller it was good to receive gf breads and cookies at breakfast time. Sadly we didn’t get to use the pool due to it being overcast on our visit but it looked very clean and inviting. This was my 3rd trip to Firenze and it was a great to try a new area.

location a venti minuti dal centro, comoda raggiungibile a piedi tranquillamente camera molto datata, essendo un hotel a 4 stelle ci si aspettava forse qualcosa in più, anche solo nella cura dei dettagli o la pulizia piscina esterna piccola ma rilassante, a disposizione servizio bar. colazione semplice ma con diversi prodotti, anche se non tipici della toscana qualità prezzo rivedibile

La bâtisse est magnifique, typiquement italienne dans un quartier résidentiel très chic, avec un parking privé et à proximité à pied du centre historique L’ensemble du personnel auquel nous avons eu affaire, s’est montré charmant, disponible et souriant La chambre (118) dispose d’un joli balcon donnant sur les jardins avoisinants Le petit déjeuner copieux est de très bonne qualité. Bref c’est un établissement dont nous garderons un excellent souvenir et où nous reviendrons le cas échéant

Je ne recommande absolument pas !
La déception ultime jamais je n’aurai réservé dans cet hôtel si j’avais su à quel point il est médiocre au regard du prix, je ne comprends pas ses 4 étoiles, obligé de rester et cela a terni mon séjour à Florence
Merci de bien remonter ce témoignage pour que d’autres voyageurs passent leur chemin
Je retiens quand même le professionnalisme du réceptionniste qui a eu un geste commercial ´ notre égard mais il ne reste pas moins que cet hôtel est à éviter !

Hotel elegante e confortevole vicino al Giardino di Boboli. Struttura silenziosa molto pulita con servizi ottimi. In 30 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Piazza della Signoria con una passeggiata molto piacevole. Il parcheggio è molto piccolo e richiede una buona abilità di manovra ma il personale è gentilissimo e offre assistenza anche in questo. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze sceglierei di nuovo questa struttura.
