If you are looking for a great location, this is it.
If you are looking for service, sorry please dont expect anything.
At least 3 calls for room service (refilling our shampoo). No one will reply to your email. We have left our personal belongings there, still no reply even we’ve contacted via trip.com and personal email.
One of the lobby restuarant is under construction, dont know if this is the reason of a bad smell in the public area.

We recently spent a few wonderful days at Cerretani Hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations. Our room was very spacious, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. And speaking of relaxation, the bedsheets were incredibly comfy - easily among the best we've ever experienced at a hotel. We slept like a dream!
The breakfast was great, with a fantastic selection to start our days right. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area. And the service at the hotel was top notch!
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly enjoyable experience.

I give this store an unexpected review. It is the best hotel I booked in France, Italy and Switzerland during my free travel. Just go there without thinking.
1⃣️Location: Not far from the train station and very close to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, very convenient. There is a Chinese restaurant opposite, which is very famous. Just go there. I also tried the t steak, which was expensive and tasted average.
2⃣️Inside the hotel: New facilities, minibar, slippers, cool air conditioning, good breakfast, lemonade at the front desk, you have to swipe your card to enter the door, and the security is very high. Don’t say the elevator is small. The elevators in the hotels I stayed in Switzerland are even smaller. It may be a local feature.
3⃣️I like Florence. I feel that everyone is very free. It should be good to live here.
