Great location, and really nice staff. On the other hand, the hotel services are very limited for a 4 star (just a breakfast room, nothing else). The rooms on the street side are noisy and the street very busy!

O hotel está no coração de Firenze! Quartos bons, ficamos em 3 adultos e eram 3 camas. Café da manhã ótimo e ainda era oferecido um champanhe no fim da tarde! Show! Amamos!
