There are many uphill climbs on the way to the hotel

Good hotel, at a reasonable distance from the centre, the services and spaces are modern and very pleasant. The rooms lack a good wardrobe instead of shelves and hangers, as well as the bathroom to leave things. Our room was very small compared to our children's, although they cost the same. As for the staff, the breakfast workers were very good, although the receptionists are not very efficient and we had to wait to enter the room, they do not know Spanish.

A fantastic and modern hotel, in ten minutes walking we reached the center, the terrace with incredible views of Florence. We loved breakfast, there was everything.

I have no idea why this place is called a hotel. It is a large student dormitory, but it is rated as a four-star hotel. Except for the lobby on the first floor, which looks decent and the location is OK, I really don’t approve of other things. My personal belongings were mistakenly thrown away by the cleaners as garbage. When I asked, they said they didn’t see them and didn’t touch my things. I asked to check the garbage, but they found them in the garbage. Then they apologized quickly. The toothbrush was originally stuck in the cup, but it was thrown on the table. My disposable toilet seat was also thrown away. It was like ******. I hung a do not disturb sign, but the room was still cleaned. It might be ******. They said that check-in would start at 2 pm, but I waited until 13:59. I asked if it was OK. They said no, it would be 2 pm. Then at 2 pm, the whole lobby came to check in, and they told me to wait until 3 pm. I finally waited until I checked in. The bed was so small that I could fall off when I turned over. If it were in China, it would be a guest house or youth hostel at best. The bathroom was full of dust. The bed was just a bed board + a 10-centimeter mattress. The sheets and quilt covers were pilling and old and dirty. Chinese people don’t cheat Chinese people. If you don't believe me, just come ☺️
