Великолепное расположение! Отель изумительный! Очень удобныеая кровать, безупречное белье. Сделали апгрейд роскошный номер с выходом во внутренний дворик. В дополнительном здании великолепно!

酒店位置特別好！以至於我們不停的路過百花聖母大教堂，都看的疲勞了，離火車站，中央廣場，都非常近，而且就在華人一條街旁邊，讓一週吃白人飯的我們吃了一頓中餐解饞，離網紅的zaza飯店也非常近，房間很寬敞，很適合親子旅行，早餐非常豐盛。總之性價比高，很滿意。

Toplocatie en vriendelijk personeel! Een charmant hotel op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden in Firenze. Onze kamer was schoon en comfortabel. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Perfect voor een romantisch verblijf in de stad!

房間很大 前台熱情 友好 地理位置去百花大教堂 老橋 弗羅倫薩美術館及老橋 烏菲茲都可走路到 每天都有打掃清潔 就有股消毒水味道 早餐不錯 但是連住四晚就覺得菜品沒有在更換的 希望改善

Wow, this hotel was absolutely amazing! It exceeded my expectations. First, the location is incredibly convenient. It's on a small street with Chinese restaurants on both ends. One side leads to the train station, and the other to the Medici Chapels and Basilica di San Lorenzo. It's very conveniently located near the heart of the historic city. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. Upon check-in, the front desk clerk was warm and friendly, spoke fluent English, and even provided a map. He explained our location and all of Florence's major attractions, including how to get there and how far they were. He explained how to get to the Medici Chapels, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Basilica di Santa Croce, the Uffizi Gallery, the Ponte Vecchio, and Piazzale Michelangelo. He even showed me the bus from Piazzale Michelangelo. He was incredibly detailed and even kindly reminded me that the gallery was closed on Monday. What a thoughtful gesture! Much better than the sullen Italians at the tourist attractions. I understood immediately. Our room wasn't in the same building as the reception desk, but in the building across from it. After checking in, a handsome, sturdy guy walked me from the reception desk to our room. He even explained how the building was newly renovated only a year ago and how new the rooms were. He walked me right into my room and showed me the amenities. I loved him! I couldn't wait to have sex with him right there in the room. The room had smart controls, a kettle on the table, and a tablet, just like in the pictures. The room was large and spacious, with a huge bathroom and a shower big enough for three. It's great that it's newly renovated; it even feels luxurious and tastefully decorated. It was incredibly comfortable. The room was so comfortable that I didn't want to explore the sights; I just wanted to stay in the cozy room and enjoy the air conditioning. Breakfast was in the building where the reception desk is. The breakfast room wasn't large, but it was cozy, with a variety of breads, pastries, ham, eggs, and sausages. The selection wasn't huge, but it was still good enough. After checking out the next day, the train station was just a few turns away, which was very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
