Carefully selected hotel, satisfied!
It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Santa Maria del Fiore and 10 minutes to the train station on the other side. It is super convenient. You don’t need to take a taxi when you leave the station and it is easily accessible to other places.
The hotel is worthy of its boutique name. The facilities are newly decorated and exquisitely fashionable. The service is OK. Although the breakfast has few varieties, it is delicious. Then the bathroom in the room is quite large, and there are windows that can be opened to enjoy the street view.
The biggest drawback is that there is no shelf in the shower room. In addition, it is very good. Friends from the motherland will have no problem staying in it.

We booked this hotel for first night of our Tuscany holiday and loved it so much we cancelled our other hotel for back end of our trip in Florence to stay at Flom again! From location, staff, cleanliness..:this hotel exceeded all expectations. It’s spotless! No carpet but wood floors. No extra cushions or things that are not washed on bed! The staff is beyond accommodating and very helpful! We did not have one complaint and would highly recommend Flom in Florence!

I stayed in two different hotels in Florence and this was the better one! Mainly because the location is very good to city center. Easy walk to the train station with luggage (as long as they roll on 4 wheels easily) and taxi drop off was not an issue. It’s about a 10-20 min walk to the highlights of the city. A bit longer to Piazza Michelangelo for sunset but that area is far from everywhere else (definitely go though-best views of the city). The room for one person was spacious and comfortable and even had a small patio facing the interior of the street. Very quiet and comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and neighborhood felt safe. Clean hotel. Highly recommend il Vezzo for steak or just a meal nearby. Like the boutique feeling of the hotel and was great to relax comfortably after a long day. Good ac.

A beautiful boutique hotel and very modern and new . The breakfast was very good . Service was excellent for whatever we needed from housekeeping or front desk. Leonardo organized to book our city tour & bus tour to Siena, San Gimignano & Pisa. Eduardo made good cocktails & got us a packed breakfast as our tour was early morning. Andrew helped to get golf car & salon organized for me. The staff was very welcoming and helpful in every way.

Great Location and friendly staff and the hotel was done lovely very modern and easy access to everything Unfortunately we had a problem with damp/ smell in our room during our stay (room 112) we advised the hotel porter who opened the windows and sprayed air fresher but it did ruin the accommodation for us. We were there 4 night and there was heavy rainfall the night before we arrived but the smell was unbearable, after reading other reviews on other platforms we have not been the first, I appreciate how old the building is but our clothes smelt of the odour on returning home. The hotel did financially compensate us 50 euro per night as they were full so couldn’t move it. I can only describe it as a damp, musty, drainage smell that hit you when entering the room and hallway. The hotel is full of fragrance pots everywhere which is overwhelming If the hotel room was not smelly it would have been a lovely place to stay

Excellent small hotel close to Florence’s historic center. If you use the hotel’s valet parking be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour for the hotel staff to bring the car back.
