The hotel is in the perfect location, right on the Arno. I scored a room with a view of the river, with the Ponte Vecchio bridge to the right and Ponte Santa Trinità to the left. I could walk to all the museums and the Duomo and the train station. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and the coffee strong. This was my first visit to Florence, and it was marvelous! I'll be back.

Hotel is right next fo the ponte vecchio. Easy to get around.
However, the room is a bit dated.
Good variety for breakfast.

Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Great location, wonderful staff, large room with comfortable bed that looked out onto the Arno! The breakfast was first class! I’ve not a single negative to say about this hotel and will definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!

El hotel está muy próximo a todos los lugares principales para visitar en Florencia.
El desayuno es excepcional, así como todos los trabajadores del hotel.
Te atienden en los principales idiomas: español, inglés, francés...
Las habitaciones amplias y limpias.
Además tienen el detalle de ofrecerte totalmente gratis unas botellas de agua que te colocan en el minibar.
Por poner una pequeña pega, el aire acondicionado es antiguo, enfría pero no tanto como otros hoteles en los que hemos estado.
Lo recomiendo totalmente si buscas: Amabilidad en el personal, un buen desayuno buffet, una habitación amplia y cómoda y una buena situación.

一間古色古香的酒店，就在河邊，地段非常好。房間不大，但洗手間很漂亮。裝飾復古，可掛的卻是美國、法國的復古畫，不太搭調。早餐超值，是在意大利吃的最豐盛的早餐。
