Good hotel, located 15 minutes from Duomo. Friendly staff. The room is clean, clean linen and towels. There are tiles on the floor, no carpet. Slippers, hair dryer, shower accessories, 2 bottles of water are available. They gave out an adapter for the socket. The breakfast is modest. There is a delicious coffee shop next to the hotel - Cafe Pasticceria Gamberini (you can also eat here from the menu). It's a very convenient location within walking distance of the station.
It's a bit of a walk to the tourist area, but there are affordable restaurants so it was a good stay.

The experience was really bad. First, the room was small, not 17 square meters as stated on the website when booking. Second, there was no electric kettle in the room. I told the front desk to wait, but it was never delivered. I went downstairs to get it myself. The kettle was of poor quality and the heating pipe was rusted, which was very unsafe. Third, and most importantly, there was construction nearby at night. The machine was very loud and I couldn't sleep all night. No one notified me in advance.
