If you go to Florence, this is a place worth staying! I was satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and breakfast, and had the best trip. The temperature and view of the room are the best.

The check-in experience was not good. It was marked as a quiet room on a high floor, and it was emphasized again when checking in, but the receptionist insisted that my room was on the second floor. When I actually got the room, I found that it was a sunken room with only two small windows similar to the patio. The key problem was that it was close to the machine room and the roar continued. I strongly requested to change rooms. The hotel front desk said that they "upgraded" my room type. (At this time, I don’t understand why they treat me so well?) If I want to change, I can’t upgrade the room type. I said no problem, and asked for the selected room I originally booked, and then gave me a room on the same floor. The hotel room is quite large, but the sound insulation is very poor. I can hear the conversation and shower next door clearly. The next morning, Ctrip intervened because I asked to check out one day in advance, but Ctrip communicated with the hotel to no avail. The hotel was willing to give me a room of the same type on a high floor. I ran up to see the room again. Indeed, the scenery and sound insulation are good, but I don’t understand why the hotel didn’t give me this room at the beginning? I need to pack my luggage and change rooms again? Why would they rather give me the so-called upgraded room type than give me the same room type on a high floor?
